The Problem with Grout
Grout is porous. Every time a tiled floor is mopped, dirty water is pushed into the grout lines and builds up. Household cleaners slow but cannot reverse this process. Over time, grout that started white turns grey or black — the floor looks permanently dirty regardless of how often it's mopped.
Our high-pressure steam cleaning system removes ingrained grime from the grout lines themselves — not just the tile surface — then applies a professional penetrating sealant to prevent re-staining for years.
After cleaning and sealing, grout lines are dramatically easier to maintain. A regular mop with a pH-neutral cleaner is all that's needed.
